Veracruz has a full variety of accommodations for tourists and traveling business people.  Several grand resorts open onto the beach. Many fine hotels (American and Mexican chains) are found both on the boulevard along the ocean front and slightly inland. 

For those looking to control costs, a great number of safe, clean, and well-appointed smaller hotels are scattered throughout the city. These hotels are the typical accommodations and offer wonderful cultural experiences.  Bed and Breakfasts are very pleasant but their numbers are limited.

Deeper into the city are plenty of low cost, safe, and clean hotels for the budget traveler.
